POLMONT HOUSING PROJECT
Brae Capital undertook a strategic land purchase and developed a high quality, urban housing proposal for the delivery of 6 new build houses.
Following successful planning approval, the site was sold to a housing delivery contractor with a significant gain in land value achieved.
